Boddy ‘Bill' William

Editor of MotorSport from 1934 for some 50 years.

He first went to Brooklands Track in 1927 and was with Brooklands Track & Air for two and half years from 1931, he has written five books about it, the last is going to three editions and now in new MRP history. Bill has also written for aviation magazines, and was employed by MAP at Farnborough for duration of WW2, on Air Publications. In his later years, Bill was still a regular contributor to MotorSport as its founder editor.
